Sharing the Echoes of My Life:

Welcome to Echoes Of My Life. I'm Robyn, a two-time breast cancer thriver, former binge drinker, and now a passionate health coach. My journey has been one of resilience, transformation, and unwavering determination. Through my own experiences, I've come to understand the power of authenticity and the profound impact it can have on our lives. My mission is simple: to support women in cultivating a life brimming with health, happiness, and love. I believe that by sharing my authentic echoes - the raw, unfiltered truths of my journey - I can inspire others to embark on their path of self-discovery and empowerment. So join me as we navigate this beautiful, messy journey called life, together.

Personal History:

a journal

I'm your everyday Australian woman with a story to share. Growing up in the 60s and 70s, I, like many, believed that being busy equated to being successful. It wasn't until later in life that I realized how much that mindset needed to change. Join me as I explore the Echoes of My Life, reflecting on the lessons learned and the journey towards embracing a more balanced and fulfilling existence."

Challenges in my Life:

winding road

At 50, I faced my first battle with breast cancer. With a family history, I thought it was inevitable. Despite being reassured by health professionals that I had a low chance of recurrence, it came back six years later. This time, the surgeries took a toll on my body, and I was forced to confront the reality that I needed to slow down.

But change didn't come easy. With little guidance on holistic healing from my healthcare team, I struggled to find my way. Financial constraints added to the challenge, making it difficult to explore alternative therapies.

Returning to a busy career, I found myself relying on alcohol to cope with stress and making poor lifestyle choices. It wasn't until I hit rock bottom that I realized I needed a drastic change.

the word change

So, I made the courageous decision to leave my job behind, change my life and embark on a journey of self-discovery. Over the next year, I immersed myself in meditation, gave up prescribed medications, and tackled my drinking habits head-on. It wasn't a smooth road, but I persevered with the support of incredible women, both online and offline.

Today, I am a certified health coach & a meditation teacher, on a mission to empower women like you. I specialize in supporting those navigating peri-menopause and menopause, drawing from my own experiences of feeling overlooked and misunderstood during that challenging time.

Throughout my journey, I found my values and what truly matters to me. It's not about being busy or drowning my worries in alcohol—it's about embracing life with purpose and authenticity.

If the echoes of my life resonates with you, know that you're not alone. I'm here to listen, support, and guide you toward a life of fulfillment and well-being.

Together, let's rewrite our stories and embrace the journey ahead.

With love and gratitude,
