Our meditation Essentials group program is designed to help you learn the basics of meditation, including how to sit, how to breathe, and where to practice.
You'll learn how to find a comfortable seated position, how to take deep and calming breaths, and how to create a peaceful environment for your practice.
At the end of the program, you will:
